What is a Preview?
All ringtones available at Motime.ca have a 30-second preview. Click the play button next to any ringtone to listen. All wallpapers available on Motime.ca have a thumbnail preview of the graphic. These previews are available to all users.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
You can get a password reminder directly from your phone! Text the word PASSWORD to 63232 and you will receive a text back with your password.
What are credits?
Credits are used to download content. 1 Ringtone = 1 credit, 1 Wallpaper = 1 credit, 1 Screensaver = 1 credit.
Does downloaded content expire?
No, it doesn't expire. Once you download something, it's yours to keep forever. However, if you change phones, you will have to re-download any mobile content.
How do I download content?
If you are a new member, you must first complete the sign-up process for Motime.ca. (Just click on any content and follow the sign-up instructions.) Once you are logged in, find the content you want to download, click “Get It” and confirm your download on the next page. Your content will be sent directly to your phone!
Why won't my content download when I click on the link?
Please confirm that you have access to the mobile internet (WAP) on your phone. If you need help adjusting your settings, or if you're not sure, please contact your wireless carrier.
How do I sign up?
To sign up for Motime.ca, click on any content on the site and follow the sign up instructions.
How do I pay for my Motime subscription?
For your convenience, in lieu of a credit card, you pay directly from your phone. Your wireless phone bill will reflect the charges for your Motime membership. Your subscription will renew each month until you cancel.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Via SMS: You can cancel the service via SMS by texting STOP to 63232.

On the Web: You can also cancel your account through our web site. To cancel your account online, log in and click "Account Status" in the upper right hand corner of the page. Select the "Unsubscribe" from the left hand column and follow the directions to cancel.

Via e-mail: You can request cancellation via e-mail. Be sure to include the 10-digit number attached to your subscription that you wish to unsubscribe, as this will expedite your request.

By Phone: Call 1-800-986-3805 to speak with one of our agents who are available seven days a week from 9AM to 9PM EST. You can also unsubscribe using our automated system.
How do I block a number from motime?
To block your number from Motime, send a text message with the word BLOCK to 63232. This will block the number from our service. You must send the message from the phone you wish to be blocked, or else it will not work correctly.
